Kayla Duncan, Ed.D., serves as the Coordinator of Continuous Improvement for Forsyth County Schools in Georgia. In this role, she supports district teams in driving short-cycle school improvement, building guiding coalitions, implementing the GaLEADS evaluation system, and leads the district's internal review and accreditation work to ensure continuous improvement. Passionate about practical, people-centered change, Kayla partners with educators to turn improvement plans into action. She is also co-author of Learning That Transfers and a national presenter on school improvement and instructional design.
